About Us

Andrew and Jena Brentano are a husband-wife design and build team working in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jena graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), where her keen sense of aesthetic matured alongside a no-compromises approach to quality of work. Andrew studied at the University of British Columbia fostering a fascination with innovative technology, and worked for several years in the enterprise tech world before the founding of AJD.

Launching Artichoke Jalapeno Design in 2012, we found an avenue to merge our careers with the pursuit of creative collaboration - working jointly on design, web development, and making stuff. Our goal is to build awesome stuff, while providing our clients with honest and personalized service.
